Hey everyone, Im doing a bit of an experiment and need some old unloved/sailable windsurfing boards, damaged ones will prob be fine. As Ill be cutting and hacking them reglassing etc.. So if youve got any old larger eg freestyle size boards laying around and dont want them going to landfill or your to lazy to take to the tip let me know.. cheers.

kobiyachi the only board i have re glassed is a longreef hard core, you will find the glass will peel off like peeling a boiled potato, just need to reshape no need for a sandwich and move the track and footstraps back
ive got one at WS&S that i will have to pic up, the board cost $100 with a fin, pads& strapps, it cames with a power box that will be replaced wit a tuttle,

i feel there's no point in going to the trouble of reshapeing a current design because at second hand there sooooooooooooo cheep

the main objective of doing the next board is to design a fin box that can be totally trashed but wont let water into the core, as well as long enough to have a weed fin set 40mm in front of the cavity and you wont damage your board getting the fin out
