My footpads have started to peel off my SB Kode. I lost part of one last week and they all seem to have decided to fall apart around the same time.
Is there anyway/where replacement pads can be ordered? What would you use for adhesive?
Find a snapped newish board and cut them off with a razorblade, underneath slowly slowly peeling back as you go.
Reapply with contact adhesive like Kwik Grip

PS - did they ever get that mast apart?
Hi Jermaldan,
I had a foot pad lift a few years back and was lucky enough to get replacement pads under warranty. I removed and refit myself. Old glue came off easy enough as there was very little on to start with, I sanded off remaining old glue, marked out the holes on the new pads, and re glued with kwik grip ( the yellow stuff). Used a few old phone books to hold it all down while drying. I then used a dremmel drill bit to put the holes back in for the foot straps. As good as new and never lifted again.
Mark, yeah, I did that but it still needed a bit of weight to keep the edges from lifting. Better to be safe than sorry I guess.
^^^^ Ahh I.C
In that case, masking tape roooollly tight all the way around the board can work well. Also good for holding down divinycell in lieu of vacuum bagging.
More messy than phone books as you sometimes have to remove sticky crap form the board later
