I would just put an additional icon on each spot showing if it's a good spot for windsurfing.

No probs. The 2 main spots are De Action Beach run but the legend Brian Talma and if your really good then Long beach is also awesome - but that's got large beach break.
Best time for windsurfing is anytime from Dec - April..the reef at De Action Beach and silver sands is fantastic

Awesome site... Having been to Barbados many times over the last 20 years, it almost brings a tear to my eye, and makes me want to start looking at prices for flights whilst sipping on a rum punch...
