Sorry Theresa, I completely forgot to reply to your PM yesterday. Got sidetracked.

Easter is going to be hard to get a camping site but you could try the Council one on Farnborough Beach which is walking distance to town (about 500meters). bEACHSIDE cARAVAN pARK 4939 3738

There is a Big 4 down at Mulumbin Beach back from the beach and around 7kms from town.

Causeway Lake / Kinka Beach has Coolwaters caravan park (Sites and cabins) Ph 4939 6102 , Causeway Caravan Park Ph 4933 6356 and then there's Bell Park Caravan Park (Emu Park) Ph 4939 6202. I will track down telephone numbers for each respective place for you.

How old are the kids as anythig around Causeway lake would be great for younger kids <13y.o. to explore, fish etc. From memory the coolwaters caravan park caters well for kids. Sailing on the Lake is doable but not ideal as lake has silted up in areas and wind is too up and down (for speed sailing anyway)

Farnborough beach would be quite suitable as well. Emu Park is a really lovely seaside village that has an authentic 1970's atmosphere.
Apologies once again.
