Thumbs Up

Recently acquired the AXIS Fireball 1500 and 1750 with 80cm fatty mast, ultrashort 640, Surf Skinny 320/48 stab for parawinging.

At 110kg, I am big foil kind of guy simply for ease of use (Duotone Amp 1750)

For both the 1500 and 1750, pumping up onto foil at low speeds is challenging. It is quite easy to collapse the lift being generated. Simple solution is to generate a little more forward speed and they both come up really smoothly.

Both the fireballs are faster than the Duotone Amp 1750 and both turn really well at my weight. Will probably be less turny for someone below 100kg.

Both of the 1500 and 1750 sit around 11knots average speed and I have been able to push them to 16 knots without any issue (not tried for a top speed).

Tip breaches are no issue.

Both of glide and glide and glide. Super nice to just stash and pump.
