Open a tin of sardines add a squirt of tomato sauce, mix it up in the tin.
Spread on toast- 3 minutes.
Or even quicker- buy the sardines that already have the tomato sauce added.
Spread it on the toast.. Note: Must have butter on the toast!

Fish finger sandwiches were a uni staple food.

Indo-mie noodles are the best - 5 sachets of goodness.

Can watties spagetti in a bowl, add corn kernels and grated cheese from freezer, cut up some salami or any cooked leftover meat and throw that in too then nuke. (I'm the only one I know that does this )

My favourite would be fried rice. Boil kettle while raiding fridge for all leftovers and maybe a few veg and eggs. 1cm of rice in microwave cooker, boiling water 1cm over and on for 12 mins. Pan on and dump some peanut oil and garlic in. Start chopping while it heats, anything left over at all, plus an onion and maybe some frozen veg, dump it in and stir as it gets hotter. After a bit make a hole in centre and crack 2 eggs in and move them around.. Dump rice in as soon as it beeps, stir, good splash of soy, serve with sweet soy. Done in 15 tops and delicious and so handy because you can virtually add any leftovers..
