Hmmmmmmm, wonder if all of the parents told their kids to run in playground, so the whole school got detention, then the media showed up.........just sayin.

It's insurance driven I think.

There's bugger all litigation but the potential for litigation has the insurance industry making it easy for themselves. Whats more the pusillanimous dependance on insurance and the unwillingness to take any risk that's not insurable has all sorts of institutions taking the easy way out by dodging exposure rather than testing their liability in the courts. Its woosy sissy and immoral and should be called out for what it is.
