When I bought my house in 1998 I moved some retaining wall bricks and found inside a sawn off shotgun[:0
Being a good citizen I handed it into the cop shop
Three months later the cops rang and asked if I touched the gun with my hands and I said yes and so did the copper behind the counter I gave it to. Wtf

While diving in the Tweed River i found a complete mast, boom, and sail from a sail board. It was partially buried by sand but easy enough to pull up.

This was a miracle.

Yesterday I was out kiting... I caught a nice wave, but had too much weight on the front so I went over.
Sunnies gone.

I had a look around but they were gone... so I continue kiting up > down > up > down and about...~1hr later I'm kiting in the shallows and I see them in the white wash!

This is the second time I've lost and found these sunnies... I thought the 1st was an amazing fluke, but a 2nd time!?

The 1st time was out in the ocean, but I kited up/down looking for them.

Three years ago there were huge rains and the whole valley flooded, several days later I found an OC1 canoe on the beach, I asked around and finally put an ad on craigslist and got three people claiming ownership, that's when it got interesting.

I think it is mine, it's long and skinny, right?

I keep pythons and every now an then they find a way out. Never play hide and seek with pythons, it's what they were make for.

I found a left thong once, let me know if you find a right one.

I found a CSIRO tracking beacon that had dislodged from a whale shark at Warra Stn. Called them when I got back and they picked it up and gave us a carton. One very excited scientist.
