Flat bread, like pitta or tortillas, can be used in an extreme emergency, when toilet paper is not available.

It reminds me of that old joke - What do you call a man with no arms and legs in a swimming pool?
They say that pretty much irrespective of your situation you tend to be either happy or unhappy depending on your disposition. eg If you win a pile on a lottery you will be happy for a while but pretty soon you will be back to your old self. Conversely not everyone languishing in prison is fraught with despair.

The amount of times I have said "Nahhhh That'll never happen" and it has makes me say things like "Lets just wait and see" or "Thats your opinion"
