spot on comment ..... industry get more involved in setting up the training , why should the gov do it all.

No, these days are gone. You don't see "Made in USA" anymore.
Much like you don't find goods "made in Greece" nowadays.
(Used to be 25 years ago.)

Plus with all the in-sourcing in the US, double-no.
They're in trouble.
