Hey Rhys, can you guys get Ronix wholesale?
Rowdy, have you got new 2010/11 SS boots? I am looking for new boots, thinking seriously of Ronix Frank, but hard to get my szie (10) all sold out so far!
Hey Rhys can you phone me if Jacobs are in. His His board is almost complete and ready for him to trash![]()
franks are sweet chris. i got the 09 pair.. so nice.. easy to get into and light as.. have had them for a year now and no dramas what so ever.. all lace loops still pushing on strong.. touch wood..
Cheers Cam, Ronix def make quality. My SS PBF's are jammed after 6months! Laces last 1/2 that lol
Just gotta find size 10's
Cams boots look the business - although I think it's cute that you and Lee have the exact same board setup ![]()
Jason - Jacobs PB Floyds arrive tomorrow sometime, I'll call ya as soon as the startrack man arrives...
Yep no 2010 SS boots so far due to factory issues.
Cam and lee have the same boards but not the same boots
. That board is a very good all round board.
Evogear.com
US ebay... i had a set of 09 ones delivered to my door for 340AU and only took a week max. this was in september... just have a good look there...
only problem i have is the liner cover comes loose after a while, like ive had them all season and they are pulling out but the padding n everything is still in so i guess its ok after 5 or 6 months of full time use
(from charl not simon)
hahah rhys, leigh has the new shane boots and i have ronix franks.. the watson hybrid is a sick board to kite and wake on though thats why we both ride it.. maybe i should sticker mine up alittle to change it up abit
Wall ride 7.2m long x 3.6m high! Will have a flatbar and upramp......
2 small funboxes are pretty much done! One is 9.2m long 1.2m wide, the other is about 7m long and 1.2m wide....sickness for all!
Still a huge amount of work left to complete, the wall is not braced up yet and the sheets need to pushed flat etc, but we have pretty much smashed it!
Check out www.chriswardell.com in photo page for more!
So how much all up for the wood... it must've cost a fortune. I'd love to be able to hook up a setup like that but we already get enough complaints with just 1 slider in the water ![]()
Events like this are maasively expensive to put together! Luckily Multi Rack and Thrifty have been awesome as major sponsors! Along with industry support coming from Adrenalin Rush Sports Australia, Best Kiteboarding, KSA Designs, Kitepower, Gale Force Kites, Underwave, Red Bull, Cardboards, SurfConnect, In the Loop kiteboarding, Balance kiteboards, Extreme Sunscreen, Kiteboarder Magazine, Wicked bananas and Kitemag, all contributing to make this event happen!
Multi Rack in Mackay which is locally owned and run sponsored us with the film ply which saved us thousands. This helped us greatly towards building lots of obstacles to ensure it is worth it for riders to come!
This style of event needs high level sponsorship to be viable and there needs to be impact! Due to the nature of obstacles allowing opportunity for marketing mediums, we can hopefully get great images and give back through mags and the like!
For park-style to become more accepted and become apart of our comp scene, we need to develop it. This event is focusing on coaching riders and progressing the style of park riding with the aim of making it bigger and easier!
A huge thanks to everyone who is helping this event happen. A special thank you to the guys who are giving up their time to help build this includes Tracey Mc for kindly lending us her ute to go back and forth from the wood shop!
Get on it, if you have not already registered you probably have missed out! Call Adrenalin Rush like Tuesday to find out!
Cheers, Chris
