Kite surfing is like dancing with God

Hey Kazan I'm kind of with you. I have always admired surfers and sailors. I grew up in the country riding and racing motorbikes. Back then it was 2 strokes. Those of you under 25 years probably have no idea what a 2 stroke is. Anyway I used to go to the Gold Coast for holidays and surf with my cousins. It just felt so natural and I guess in today's language - green. No petrol, no electricity, just the power of the waves. Maybe God, if you want to believe in that stuff. Later I started to sail. Man, it is simply awesome to feel a 10 tonne yacht dragged across the ocean at 15 knots just by the power of the wind. Incredible. No engine, no fuel, nothing required. I'm not sure whether kites are the best way to harness this energy for boats but I'll agree there's huge potential for recreational sports that don't kill our planet. Kitesurfing is like a line connected to the power of the planet. You feel 'plugged in'.

If it were not for his 'openness' we would not have known about the crap the Americans are doing in Iraq and other atrocities. Sorry my spellin is shyte tonight. Put it this way, cycling was definetely in the hands of fools in the beginning, the smart ones saw how ridiculous it looked and thought it would never have gone far, and it was the fools who refined the design even up to this day, and now the smart ones are making millions from it. Always the way.
