If you stand out on the waterfront long enough you'll be bound to spot a kiteboarder there within a few minutes. They usually start accumulating from about 10am onwards :) Just ask around, everybody has an opinion on it.

You can tell the kiteboarders cause they all stand there looking out at the water with their arms crossed.
