I just went outside, the sky is blue, fluffy clouds inland, its warm(ish), SSW 16 knots, trees are moving, some whitecaps on the ocean. High pressure system off the coast, wind swinging at around 12pm to SW. Is this the first seabreeze of the season?

Just got in from a very SWEET 5hr session at Spot X in Mandurah. Kited on my 12M then onto my 10M for the rest of the afternoon when it came up to about 20knts.
It was so damn smooooooooooth out there just so stoked to kite in a proper seabreeze. At most there was three kites on the water which was an extra bonus.
Anyone else have goodness to report?
So are these seabreezes, looked like a seabreeze, felt like a seabreeze, smelt like a seabreeze, but it's cold as hell!!!
