Been getting a bit of sun lately and was wondering what is the best hat for kitesurfing in? Oh course it needs to hold on tight while I boost big or when I'm swimming for my board.

One with a strap under the chin. Or just a tight cap. Will still burn ur ears though.
Bucket hat with built in seaspecs n epirb... And a whistle of coarse.

I've been useing the same Ocean & Earth surf cap for 5 years & it's brilliant. The base of the straps have material to cover my ears. I wear normal sunnies under it which I've just slipped a length of plastic speggetti onto the ends round the back of my head. Haven't lost a pair of sunnies for years. See pics under my profile. It may not be cool, but that's me to a tee.

west suits make one with ear covers and a strap, looks nobby but does the job. I used to wear one until some mf stole my damn bag sob mf c### now my ears have burnt off and my brain is melted aaaaaarrrrrh

Im still not seeing anything I really like. When is someone gonna come out with bowler hat that can be worn whilst kitesurfing?
Just wear a crap baseball hat.
I get them free from work and uselly takes me a few sesh'es to loose them.Than who cares grab a new crapy one.

Nice one Carbs, Rowdy should take some lessons on wearing hats from y'all..........getting my rubber hat out very very soon, now that hat rocks.
