Hi Ben,

Looks like you might be stuck doing 'good work' in the training noobs (like me) dept for a while ... walking round professing advice in waist deep water sounds like good physio in any case. What's Phil's discount rates for bung teachers? ;-)p

It's been a good week off for me but I'm staying in today -- rather stuffed (but getting fitter) and burnt lips (not enough cream yesterday). This thing can take over your life and chew up the hours! I've got other things to do as well! (and it looks like a storm today according to the charts)

BTW: I got up for about 5-10 seconds yesterday (yeh, laugh!) ... however it all worked so well and easy and quick that I was so surprised and didn't know where to look and fell off again. But definitely caught the bug! Just got to do the hours and get a few angles right(er).

C U down there...

Cheers
Russell

But a genuine warning be very careful with oxycodon. I think i genuinely have a physical dependency on it. I literally cant sleep more than 2 hours with out it .. im always just feeling on edge. trying to slowly ween myself off by just taking half at night but still haven't been able to stop having that half for about 4 days now grr

Yeah, I hear you man. I was on it for almost 3 months after I mashed my shoulder in a big way. I really wanted to get off it but I needed it. Doc and I had to put together a program to ween me off of it after that long. It was a tough time for me.
