Here's the Nav screen shot I referred to in the above post.
The blue marker is the general location of Lucinda Bay

I've had no reply to my earlier post on the dates so we can lock in the date of 21 & 22 Nov meeting at Lucinda Bay on Moreton Is.

The following Seabreezers have indicated they may come along;

Libran, theselkie, Propwalk, bubble7777, nswsailor, Shaggybaxter, Papabear, McNaughtical, HG02, Sunnycoastguy,

If anyone else wants to come please reply so we can track who's coming.
If people wish to come from interstate happy to help arrange transport from the airport and maybe accomodation.

The plan is to meet ashore at 1600 for drinks & nibbles and watch the sunset. If people are interested we could arrange a simple dinner such as spaghetti bolognise on the beach or on a boat. We could have fire if it's not too hot.

Open to any other suggestions people may have.

Cheers Vince

Count me in too.
Either in a multi, or hitching a ride on a mono, hopefully.

It can be a bit of a hypocrisy if you go sailing on other's boats when your own needs your attention. Where I am at right now.

In the perfect world, I'll have my new toy, and I wont have sold my existing toy (must get around to that)
I'll put it out there that I am happy for someone to borrow existing boat (Sonata 8) for the weekend if I have the new toy and it still.
Clean, tidy, New sails, tacktick, autohelm, takes 6, sleeps 4 (+2 but no mattresses for these berths), and she sails herself.

Just letting those SEabreezers out of Brisbane aware of the possibility if you are keen for the weekend.
Being surrounded by fellow seabreezers makes its pretty safe bet.

Like an old mate, RIP, used to say to me, "How about we take your yacht out for a sail and see what breaks first??"

So what you are saying is you are going to let any Tom, Dick or Harry that you don't know, but as long as they are Seabreezers, take your boat out for the weekend and when they have broken it and sunk it, there will be plenty of other Seabreezers around to rescue them and take them back to shore.

That is a mighty generous offer worth serious consideration.

Almost Cisco....
There will be plenty of other seabreezers around to witness me drowning them slowly if they break it.
They are pretty solid boats, there is nothing anyone else could try and do we havent already.
I have done it before, and usually they leave the boat immaculate and with a bottle of rum left on board :)
I would need to understand obviously their sailing history before committing, but I dont see any of the Sebreezers that are interested in this being the types to trash her, but yes, I would.
