Most caption comp photos have been humourous and set-up, I maybe a stick in the mud, but when you really look at it it's actually quite a serious and sad photo, the man obviously has a mental problem. It's not worth joking about. ![]()

Harry's trip to Bangkok for penis enlargement surgery took and unplanned turn when he woke up unexpectedly half-way through the operation.
According to the BBC report (with accompanying pic of same guy) he was insane.
Japanese police have released a British tourist who was arrested after swimming naked in the moat around the Imperial Palace in the heart of the Tokyo.
The middle-aged man jumped into the water, climbed the palace wall and splashed water at police who tried to catch him from a rowing boat.
The man then charged at police with a pole and pelted them with stones, during a chase that lasted two hours.
He was later released without charge after police deemed him "unstable".
"We decided to hand the man over to his friend without charging him as we concluded that his act was based on mental instability," a police spokesman said.
Hey DRJ, somebody said he was insane, you said not, I posted the article in which the Japanese Police said he was insane. No biggie?
