^ The optical illusion still works even with something superimposed over.
Gestalt principle - I think you're on the right track Mark. Will have to wiki it to refresh my design studies we did on the subject but from recollection it's about how humans perceive images etc (I think)

WOW, I really thought there would be atleast one 'easter eggs floating in a sea of bile' type caption giving that this ran over the easter weekend...
BUT, I'm callin it, and passing the caption comp baton over to Carantoc
not just cause Carantoc got in there and had a go with 7 (mostly so so) entries
not because Carantoc took the time (I'm assuming) to count 216 waivy brown dots
but for a second there I felt kinda chuffed that I might of indeed had 216 friends...
