Are most of you using waist or seat harnesses? Any preference and why so?

I've used seat for quite a few years with no problem but for mainly flat/choppy waters.

Would it be fair to say that slalom / speed addicts are better suited to seats and wave / freestylers more suited to waist harnesses for the maneuverability??

I say to anybody who wants to sail with more control and more comfort definatly use a waist harness, when I speed sail I use a seat harness because its faster, but soon as Im wave sailing or freeriding i go straight back to the waist harness its so much more comfortable.
