Some tips from my experience:
1. Good entry speed
2. Make sure you put enough weight on the downwind side of the board when you initiate the turn
3. Carve aggressively and lean forward so that you put more pressure on the boom so as to maximise mast foot pressure to keep the board horizontal/level
4. The rig flip becomes easier with more speed, so make sure you develop your skill level with points 1. to 3.
