Are they trying to get kiters into poledancing
Would this add make you want to buy one of their sails???

Hi Lotofwind.

I think the ad is highlighting how a waist harness gives you the ultimate wedgie.

Best if one uses a seat harness to avoid such an uncomfortable predicament

Did you see this in Kitefag Mag... or whatever it is called. Definately looks like an ad to get kiters into windsurfing... And based on the ad, looks like they already have their first kiter.

Maybe you could post some of your kiting GPS speeds into the windsurfers GPS forum and see how you go then?

Anyway back on topic, I really wanna know what you typed into google images to find a windsurfer bloke on a beach in a g-string?

(and seriously I think it has to be a p!sstake - can somebody translate "einfach" ?)

I didnt type in anything,
it was posted by another seabreeze user,,,, like this one.

As for GPS stuff,
I get on the water for pure enjoyment,
not to try and prove myself to you.Sorry.
If you were impressed with my times,
it wouldnt make me enjoy the time on water more,
so why would I do it???

Its all in good fun Markie

I doubt lotofwind had to type anything.

He probably found it in a magazine he picked up at last years 'Say G'Day to A Gay' festival at Park Beach. I even heard he moved into a place just north of the Hoey Moey so he could be just walking distance to the festival this year.

You said you were moving into the Seabreeze Apartments, Ocean Parade, Coffs Harbour 2450 - you even posted a photo on here.

I take it you didn't move in then - too classy for you ? too urban ? decor not to your liking ? neighbours too noisy ? internet too slow ?

As to my opinion of who you are - I know exactly who you are - you are kiter.

I care not of individual kiters, I regard you all like the Borg. You are Borg-Kiter. You speak for one and all. You act for one and all. You behave like one and all. You clutter the ocean like a swarm. There may be many individuals but you are all controlled by the swarm. I have never seen an individual kiter, like I have never seen an individual Japanese tourist.

Its all good Carontoc,
This thread was posted all in good fun.

I have met some great windsurfers and some d!ck windsurfers, but I dont say they are all d!cks because of the minority.

I have a good Japanese mate who is one of the greatest people I have every met.
Not the,,,"They are all the same" as you describe.

Again,,,this thread was in all good fun.Enjoy

PS....Im still gunna warn the kiter that moved in north of the Hoey though, bit creepy.

Hey lotofwind-san

If you didn't move into the Seabreeze Apartments then you must have moved into that Seabreeze caravan on Gordon Street in Woolgooga. Must be a bit cramped with the pop-top down all the time.

Since it upset you so much I'll retract my statement about the Japanese and substitute it with body-boarder. But only under protest. If you can't make xenophobic and racist comments on seabreeze on the day after Australia Day then where can you do it ?

I can explain this.

At the beginning of 2011, the sales and marketing department of a HotSailsMaui stockist in Kiel, Germany, conducted a survey of windsurfing customers. The polled sample size gave them good confidence margins that confirmed the belief that a particular population group was very under-represented in windsurfing. So, a marketing campaign was designed specifically to target this population group. The campaign revolved around the slogans "Einfach Hot", meaning "simply hot", and the sub-slogan (hardly readible in this example) "Windsurfen ist Einfach, etc..." - "Windsurfing is easy, why don't you give it a try". At the same time, HotSailsMaui introduced the availability of fully customiseable sail designs (in terms of colours and patterns, not the shape, of course).

So, lotofwind, why not have a custom design made and give it a try? Pinnaroo Point is a good place to learn.

Draw your curtains.

Anybody could be parked outside with a pair of binnoculars and see you in that chicken costume and gimp mask.

And stop googling 'I want to windsurf, but I am afraid'. Anybody taped into your phone line and hacked into your ISP might find out what you are searching for.
