I have been working with the "Elmo" on a gybing mantra of "Must Flip Rig Early"

After that attemp i think it needs rewording to "MUST FLIP RIG"

Doing the laydowns is one thing
Then you introduce the slowie special which is a 37knot head high chop hop before laydown
