Scariest thing about getting a chinese symbol tattoo (if you are not mandarin literate) is that the chinese guy who did the translations might be a real sh1tstrirrer and you end up something on your arm you didn't want!!
What about diagrams pointing out all the good cuts - rump, sirloin, eyefillet, brisket etc.
When travelling up the east coast I met a few chinese surfers and one of them was gonna get a tatt in english...
