Well a few of us have been doing just that. Maybe that is why there are so many wildly varying opiniuons of you

My list, snipped out from your post:

Grumplestilskin (poor stance in avatar, looks around the mast as if he's going into a DTL bottomturn but it is in fact flatwater AND the wrong tack)
Elmo (typical bloodnut)
Greenroom (missed him at work cos I was out sailing)
Mineral1 (I prefer vitamins)
lao shi (mmmmmm exotic. are you a shelia with ping pong balls?)
Snides (got nothin. Who is that)
25 (a/a)
bender (cool nick, famous mountainbiker from the Crusty Demons videos. Number 8 I think.)
Slowboat (wtf??? windsurfers are the fastest sailpowered vessels as usual)
Decrepit (cool boardbuilder. I need to borrow some 4mm divinycell about 300 x 500mm as mine is 700km away, can repay in a month, how about it decrep?)
Nebbian (reckoned he'd drop in on his way back from Gero but shied away from the hardcoredness that is G/H )
Hardie (faster than me but just wait man.....)
Windy Miller (his ex missus goes off, nice of him to share, she has had a whuppin' from me lately)
Leech (ate chips with him in the drizzling rain at G/H. But he wasn't up for the Bundy (tsk tsk) )
Laurie (kicked Brucie the c0ckhead off the forums so he is the coolest )

and a bunch of kiters who are very gay. Yeah.

Nice thread leech!

I only started posting on Seabreeze last year so I'm still a relative newbie, but I love how the internet caters for special interest freaks like us windies.

In keeping with Hardies post...
Westozwind (a.k.a Gadget)
Grumps
Sandi Bottom
Mintox GT
whippingboy (a.k.a. Sir Les)
Graceman
(all of the above are my crew from the GPS Team Challenge...go the Wozzies )
Hardie (Go the MM )
Decrepit (Hope I'm still firing at his age )
Elmo (sort of...we haven't been formally introduced)
25
Big Gazza
Mineral
Windy Miller (scoped his Stoney before buying my own and shared an epic Abrolhos adventure)
Kiter Dan
King of the Point (another Abrolhos tripper )
Mark Australia (spoken to him anyway...got dibs on his trailer canopy )
Silvec01 (The Chad...always up for a drag at Melville )

Not bad for 9 months of aimless web surfing.
All top crew...gotta love the net for the power to unite like-minded souls.
Thanks to Seabreeze most days I rock up for a sesh I meet some crew I know...great to share the stoke .

virtual reality is great. if you want to have some real fun just tell people that you are someone else.

in the past at the beach i've been,

nebbian
vando
notwal
junior freestyle
evlpanda
greenleader
haircut
chairman

and so on.

so next time someone at the beach asks you who you are on seabreeze, just tell them someone elses user name then do something really stupid and embarassment.

No one

WHAT'S WITH THE CLOWN FACE HA!! It's Mr to you funnyman .
"Thats because I had them tucked in" is there anyone better at the one liners than Greenroom? I doubt it.
I've known Gazza a while (made me choke on a big ass oyster) and have had the great honour of meeting the legendary "STRIBO",....................apparently. You'll have to let me know next time we meet or maybe Juice can point you out.

some of you guys/gals, could/should be proffesional comedy writers. Imagine a sitcom /soapy about a group of windsurfers and their "quirks" and unusual outlook on life. They could have run ins with their rivals the "kiters". The crazy excuses they would come up with to escape whatever they were doing when the wind begins to blow. Hell this thing writes itself. episode one , a young QLD windsurfer travels to WA seeking the Freemante doctor to help with his "wind problem" ....AND THEN ????????

He spends a month at Corros, rents a house near Hardies run, has wild monkey love with the slappers at cobblers tavern every weekend, and breaks booms with monotonous regularity... Nah the TV producers wouldn't go for it

for legal reasons his name could be Mebbian? Like the brady bunch there would be the Hawaii episodes.

Perhaps the theme song could go something like this:

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a lifetime trip
That started from the tropic state
And would end in W A.

This bloke thought he was a mighty sailing man,
His friend was portly but sure.
One driver he set sail that day
For a three day tour, a three day tour.

The driving started getting rough,
The little red hatch was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless driver
The red hatch would be lost, the red hatch would be lost.

The red hatch set ground on the western shore of this great southern isle
With Nebbian
Fat Hardie too,
The Elmo man and his wife,
The Bender dude
Decrepit and Man of Steele,
Here on Nebbians Isle.

Just a thought
