A high pressure ridge is lying over NSW coastal waters. A trough may brush the south during Friday from a weak low pressure system near New Zealand. A cold front and several troughs are forecast to cross the coast during Sunday and Monday afternoon bringing unsettled weather. Several more weaker troughs are expected behind this system Thursday and Friday next week.
