Hangliding vs paragliding in WA

Was wondering about when a motor stops functioning and had come to the conclusion that passive saftey would be there with a reduced glide ratio. So the spin before the ground thing led me to think other factors at play?

Mr no-one, the next time your going for a fly could I come and have a look at your setup?

Shame I didn't see your post earlier, a few mates were flying HG at Warnbro and five of us were free flying at Cott most of the afternoon until dark. A couple of PGs turned up but it was too windy for them so we had it to ourselves. When possible I prefer to free fly and just use the powered harness to get me through a dry spell.
Was it just the powered set up you wanted to see or any kind of flying? can let you know either way.
We spent a lot of time talking to interested people, waving to kids, families and cute girls, and also showing off for the cameras. Anyone should feel free to say hi and chat if you see my glider:
