By the end of the century 18,000 people will die from Global Warming, using all the key scare words he reports people who work outside without access to Air Conditioning (hang on isnt A/C a major cause of Global Warming?)will die from heat exhaustion, and Old people will die as well from heat stress, as well as the people who will die from heart attacks caused by Global climate change Warming.

The unofficial rule of thumb is to lift the minimum habitable floor levels by 0.88m above what was considered the min before the change, for dwellings affected by sea levels
Eg, Mandurah estuary, Busselton, onslow etc etc for WA
