Yes, it's all about looking the goods.

Ben,
Was having a look at all active topics in Seabreeze and saw "Sausage Factory" in the kiting section, and being the curious creature that I am wondered WTF.

Actually don't mind reading some kiting posts occassionally - don't get to watch the soapies anymore so I have to get my fix somewhere.

It's probably easier to explain wearing boardies, than it is to stuff a couple of balled up socks down the front of a wetsuit once you're wearing it..

Yes it is true. I've worn boardies over my wettie. Was on a kiting course - and when in Rome.. The hardest thing is putting them on, OVER THE WETTIE, for the first time. Gotta bite your lip to stop bursting out laughing and attracting even more attention to yourself. After 10 minutes it feels perfectly natural.

But it was a very short stint, now I'm back to windsurfing in opaque shrink wrap. We've got to get over it and become fashionably respectable.

Wow, i never knew that was why other kiters wore boardies over the top.
Didn't they ever go surfing?

Actually I've always wondered how guys get a wetsuit on over
boardies. It must be a real art.

Apparently these guys have never been surfing, or on a dive boat, or to their local public pool, for that matter.

I don't recall anyone telling Kieren Perkins to put some boardies on over his speedos!

Guys, if it's too small you can always blame the cold.

I had such a good laugh over that.

I think it's un-Australian not to make the beaches look like sausage factories. In fact, it's a bloody duty. And until our nation's greatest sportsman cover the snag, I'll never, repeat NEVER, wear boardies over my wetsuit clad tackle.

Bugger, could't find a bigger photo to ram home the point, but you know what I'm saying.

Now, I'm going to guess most kiters are young. Yes?

So let me get this straight. They cover up any bulge in their wetsuit,
but they'll happily walk through a shopping centre with their arse hanging out for all to see?!

i reckon these guys fluffed themselves up for the medal ceromony! what a crack.

I'm all for wearing my old stinger suit with nothin un under. Arse all thin and rubbed through. holes everwhere with pubes hangin out. At least when the young kiters say "sick" it is in the sorrect use of the term.

aaahhh hahahahaa... no undy sundy

i tried that one on the missus, but she said i'm already gettin away with no undy mundy, tusdy, wensdy, thursdy, fridy, satdy.

as for boardies under wetties, yet to see that, but have noticed boxers under wetties....
whats up with that, isn't it kind of redundant. don't we wear undies or smugglers to keep the tackle in place...?
as i'm sure you're all aware, be there nothing more painful than lying on a nut...

So ya reckon the young kiters are covering up their unwanted stiffies,, rather than their lack of genital size ???? You may have finally figured out the mystery. Then as they get older they forget why they're doing it...Eureka !!!

There is some rather strange stuff going on with the younger generation maybe it's the hormones in the chicken or all that energy drink they live on, what with the whole hair removal thing, the lady man skin/hair product advertising in surf mags, the wearing of pants around the crutch (which I understand originated in mexican jail system to let other inmates know that you are up for a bit of man action) and now the hide your snagger thing makes me think they are becoming lady boys.

Let us not underestimate the influence of pornography, distributed wideley and freely through the World Wide Web...insidiously warping minds with it's evil...twisting all and sundry into wicked perverts...filling our minds with images of depravity...encouraging lustfulness and base, self-gratifying behaviour...
