I wish I could take credit for the actual painting - but I'm about as skilled at painting as I am at singing. The designs and colour palette's are mine, but the true artist is a guy called NANO. He does all the airbrush work for Quatro custom boards.

The 200 to 250 grams weight gain of a paint job is of more beneficial to the long term life span of any board with its extra UV protection and 100% waterproofing .These sanded look boards are only done to cut costs and to try and fool you that you have bought a Pro Carbon baord, when in actual fact it is only fibreglass laminated with black pigment in the resin. If you are that worry about this extra 200 to 250 grams weight of your board, head to the crapper before you sail !

i havnt been windsurfing that long but ive never seen a uv damaged board
