Jumped on my board in shorebreak and at the same time a fisherman cast and his hook went into my Achilles tendon. One foot on board and foot 3 feet in air until he let the line go, that one hurt.
this is one of those oddest freakish experiences other than my friend jamming his thumb inside the harness hook and had to have the hook sawed off
Got the speedwobbles then hit a pebble full face plant i was picking gravel out of my face and my hip for a month
Didn't ride skate boards much after that...
Having my ligament stuck in my knee mechanism for hours and having the Doctors try to straighten my leg. Hello! It's stuck.... Stop trying now.
Course they had to operate to get it unstuck.

We have a similar fish only about 2 inches long in NSW called a fortesque or similar - it looks like a mini cobbler - same problem but you cop them when prawning. You get stung in the hand when sorting your catch. like someone applying a blowtorch and a knife at the same time.
Been stung twice by stingrays (hand and foot). I'm not sure what hurt the most, the sting or the cure ( my foot in hot water that made the skin peel ). Looked like I had a thick red sock on.
Marks is a classic, can't say I've ever had anyones hot nuts stuck up my nose.
