As a city , I never had a problem being there , looking for accomadation , walking between restaurants and pubs, looking for snatch, or most of all ,hitting the nightlife, used to have some cranking bands . Now , I am glad not to be there , the amount of VIOLENT black b@rstards that roam the streets is sickening
.
Not to mention (although not so prevelrnt) the others (white VIOLENT b@rstards).
Welcome to the new multicultural society.
Couldn't give 2 sh@ts about the negativity I will cop for these comments.
Ty walking through Northbridge late at night , and tell me you feel safe !!.
My main concern about the changing nightlife out there now is it is no longer safe for families.
How do you fix it??
Just don't go there, It's Rooted
Feta cheese is classified as a soft cheese made of 45 to 60 percent fat whole sheep's or goat's milk. The better fetas are aged (but not ripened) 4 to 6 weeks, cured in a salty whey and brine. Known as a pickled cheese, the flavor of feta becomes sharper and saltier with age. It is creamy white in color with small holes, a crumbly texture, and is normally found in square cakes with no rind.

Tried to slug me $5.10 for a flet white today at Coffee Club in the city.
I walked away and left it to all those latte sipping mining lawyers.
Dutch Disease indeed (aka 'booming sector' theory).
Its not just perth but a w.a thing....
Morons who couldn't get an interview for a job in their home town, flocking to mining centres acting like they are the shnit and all cultured, but hopelessly nouveau riche, buying deli meats when they are clearly devon people...
Doesn't matter how big your t.v is 'bro', you're taking part in the mass rape of the planet, when mother earth finally decides enough is enough and sends godzilla to rain sh!t and hell fire on your arse, it won't matter how high you've jacked up your 4b, or how big the spoiler is on the back of your ute..... You, your trashy tandori missus and your ridiculously named, spoilt brats of demon spawn are going to deservedly burn....
And I will laugh from the safety of my space ship, along with shirley maclaine and petermac33
Mmmmwwwwahahahaha....
Parked my car in the carpark at Applecross on the weekend.
Packing up my gear late afternoon it started sprinkling with rain, all the bbq families bolted for they're precious 4wd's. Now if they think a bit of rain is stressful wait till they see what the eye double L have planned for us![]()
I swear nearly every car in the carpark was a near new 4wd.
Got to impress or keep up with the Jones no doubt.
All this i'm better than you cause i own a big 4wd,beautiful big house etc, etc.
Can't wait to see their face's when the shtf.
Perth is okay but last time we were there around 2008 I saw some interesting things. Firstly as written above was the price of tap beer. What the hell is going on there? Is there a massive tax on kegs in WA or something?
Secondly walking around the city and that entertainment area a bit north of the CBD at night was a bit scary. Groups of people and individuals walking around whose idea of having a good time is to stop other people having a good time and hurting them in the process.
Thirdly going to a supermarket in the CBD. Seeing Aborigines openly stealing and consuming food in the shop. I think it was a Woolworths. I was quite amazed when I saw a bloke pick up a bunch of bananas and start eating them while people were just walking around him. I've never seen that anywhere else in Australia.
Sandgropers complain about the traffic. Honestly you have nothing to complain about. The CBD streets are more like the streets in a country town than a capital city with a few cars driving by every now and then. Pedestrians have an easy time of it. The freeways are good and traffic seems to flow. Compared that to Sydney where its normal to take about half an hour to get through five sets of traffic lights in a one kilometer stretch with the traffic backed up for miles.
If there is a shortage of accomodation perhaps there is an opportunity to build a motel or hotel to satisfy the demand.
^^^ Re; Doc's comments...GOLD!![]()
As for my opinion, never been there, so using this thread as a review for an upcoming family holiday...that looks like it might be relocated.![]()
carantoc you must fail at searching for accom , plenty of decent accomodation available at reasonable prices in the perth metro area .
prob best you stay on the east coast shedding those tears
