Most conspiracies are assumtions made by public based on alternative theories thought up by 'experts' with no actual work to do...in this case, seeing a plane hitting the buildings makes more sense to me that this would be the cause of the collapse than any other 'theory' put forward - derr!
If I were to believe that it was a controlled demo, how did the pyros sneak around inside the office (probably wearing hi-viz safety gear!) drilling explosions into the structure, then cabling the detonators (although possibly remote detonation) without any of the workers knowing? Have you ever heard an industrial masonry drill???
Anyone with any construction knowledge knows that the buildings 'core' (mostly concrete liftshafts/stairwells) braces it from lateral movement, so regardless of what makes the building fall, it will drop near vertcally.
